Caffé Luna is the name of our rebranded and upgraded daytime restaurant, which caters for individual day visitors and overseas leisure groups when the Palace is open to the public. Champagne receptions, Maltese wine tastings, Breakfast, Brunch, Luncheon or elegant Afternoon Teas can be organised for all sorts of groups – cruise liner groups, incentives, conference partner programmes and upmarket special interest groups.
A good selection of menus for groups is available, featuring Maltese and Mediterranean specialities. Or we can quote for any specific given budget. Menus are predominantly Italian in style and all our dishes are freshly prpeared and cooked to order by our international chefs. Booking is essential. Menu choices must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the visit and final number 48 hours in advance.
Caffé Luna went through extensive refurbishment last year and is now open everyday from 9.00am to 6.00pm throughout the year (with the exception of Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year's Day). Groups will be seated either in the elegant air-conditioned interior rooms or in a reserved area alfresco on the garden terraces (weather permitting). Indoor capacity is 50 covers; outdoor 80 covers.
