The professional team at Palazzo Parisio is thoroughly experienced in organising and staging all kinds of large and small events - both formal and informal. Our own catering company, Palazzo Events Ltd, under the personal supervision of Christiane Ramsay Scicluna, Baroness of Tabria, now has exclusive rights for all on-site catering and banqueting events at the Palace and has established an enviable reputation for excellence and creativity. There has been considerable investment recently in new state-of-the-art kitchens, new furniture and equipment.
From the initial enquiry through to the final function, we will be there to attend to every detail, to meet your specific requirements and to ensure yours in one event that your clients and guests will never forget.
There is now a ‘Show Room’ in the Palace alongside our new offices, where clients on site inspections and show rounds can see and select table settings, colour schemes, linen, cutlery, fine china, crystal and silver.
Guided tours of the Palace are normally arranged as part of a function, as well as local entertainment. Palazzo Events works in close cooperation with Malta DMCs in delivering the ultimate experience for blue chip companies from Europe and USA. The Baroness and her daughter, Justine, are there to coordinate and supervise every aspect of the event for you.
Our own international team of chefs are on hand to create and prepare menus of your choice to the very highest standards. Menus for all sorts of different events are available at varying rates, but specific requests can always be catered for. The Palace Wine Cellar stocks an extensive range of local and imported wines, spirits and liqueurs.
