Palazzo Events  - the in-house catering company recently formed by the Noble Mrs Ramsay Scicluna, Baronessina of Tabria – now has exclusive rights for all on-site catering at the Palace.  In partnership with a top quality, well-established Italian catering organisation based in Rome, they aim to set new standards in excellence and creativity.  Considerable investment has gone into this venture with new state-of-the-art kitchens being built, new furniture, equipment, fine china, crystal, silver, cutlery and linen.  A Show Room is available, alongside the new offices, where clients on site inspections can see and select table set-ups, choose colour schemes and discuss menus.

Palazzo Parisio makes a unique venue for corporate hospitality at the highest level.  In the evenings and at weekends the entire Palace, together with its glorious and extensive gardens, becomes available on an exclusive-use basis for all sort of entertaining and business events – receptions, conferences, product launches, concerts, summer garden parties, charity balls and glittering gala dinners.

Often described as a miniature Versailles, this quintessentially Maltese Palazzo is a glorious showcase of Maltese and Italian craftsmanship at the turn of the 19th century.  The magnificent gilded, mirrored ballroom is unique in Malta and is a favourite venue for venue for overseas conference and incentive groups.   It can accommodate 110 dining, 200 for a reception and 150 persons theatre style; by combining with the surrounding historic rooms, capacity is significantly increased.

The two classic baroque walled gardens rank amongst the finest in Malta and are a charming mixture of Italian symmetry, Mediterranean colour and perfumes – making a magnificent venue for large scale dinners, receptions or
open air concerts.  Up to 400 guests can be seated for a dinner, silver service or buffet style; and up to 1000 for a reception in the summer.

Palazzo Parisio works in close cooperation with Malta DMCs in delivering the ultimate experience for Europe’s blue chip companies.  Italian chefs are on hand to create and prepare menus for all sorts of different events to the very highest standards.  A selection of 3 and 4-course Gala Dinner menus are available at varying rates, but specific requests can always be catered for.  The Palace Wine Cellar stocks an extensive range of local and imported wines, spirits and liqueurs.

Guided tours of the Palace are normally arranged as part of a function, as well as local entertainment.   The Palace Gift Shop features good quality souvenirs, many exclusive to Palazzo Parisio, which can be ordered in advance for delegate and incentive gifts.
