An excellent cook and cookery teacher herself, the Baroness always dreamed of evolving Luna Restaurant into an island destination. Her vision, to choose from Malta’s most visionary chefs and to bring a rare Michelin star to Naxxar. She and Justine favoured a bold, contemporary approach to locally grown, seasonal produce, resulting in bold flavours and a unique modern Maltese style of cooking. Chef, Andrew Borg brings all his skill and mastery of flavour to the Baroness’ vision.
