New Year’s Eve Dinner at Luna

Updated: Nov 20, 2023

Luna Restaurant is in the final stages of refurbishment! On New Year’s Eve she’ll be dressed for the night. We’re as excited to be launching the new designs by architect-extraordinaire Antonio Girardi, as we are about the five-course tasting menu.

The Napoli born architect specialises in the design of luxury hotels and private residences, having created some unique designs in some of Italy’s most coveted real estate, including Capri. His style is both eclectic and elegant, characterised by the unique elements of the property that give his designs their unique and exclusive nature.

Drawing on the botanical inspiration of the Palace, the new restaurant designs combine a variety of luxurious materials including mirrors, murals, fabrics, glass, and chandeliers to capture the feeling of garden calm in this indoor oasis.

With the restaurant launch taking place at the end of January, we are offering guests a sneak peek on New Year’s Eve. Be among the first to dine at this exclusive location that’s bound to be the talk of the town in the New Year.

Paired with Antonio’s fine designs, our Head Chef, David Giacomelli, has put together a sumptuous five-course menu combining elegant ingredients with exquisite culinary techniques. From scallop and mint tartare to veal tenderloin, paired with Palazzo Parisio’s own-label champagne, this is not just a New Year’s Eve meal, it’s an experience.

And what's a New Year's Eve celebration without a little bit of a party? Nick Barrett and Tony Polidano will be rocking the restaurant with some lively tunes from 10pm and a countdown at midnight.

At Palazzo Parisio, New Year’s Eve is not a celebration of the end of 2022, but a sneak peek into 2023. We’re looking forward to what this year will bring.
