Jazz and Dine in the Gardens

As warm evenings settle over the gardens of Palazzo Parisio, we invite you to experience summer nights in their most elegant form—with the return of Jazz and Dine, our celebration of casual summer dining paired with the smooth sounds of live jazz music.

Every Thursday and Friday from 8pm to 10:30pm, our gardens transform into an intimate open-air stage where some of Malta’s most enchanting jazz voices take the spotlight. Enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars while the sounds of soft, soulful jazz float through the evening air.

The musical line-up features a rotation of talented artists:

🎙️ Angie Vella Zarb, whose smooth tones and effortless charm set the perfect tone for a relaxed evening;🎙️ Nadine Axisa, bringing her rich, emotive vocals and timeless jazz classics; and

🎙️ Ella Pullicino, whose modern twist on traditional favourites keeps the mood fresh and vibrant.

Against the backdrop of our baroque gardens, surrounded by candlelight, citrus trees and the clink of glasses, Jazz & Dine is more than a dinner — it’s a moment.

Executive Chef David Giacomelli’s menu is the perfect complement to the evening, featuring beautifully crafted seasonal dishes made with the finest local ingredients.
